We had a recently refurbished deluxe king room with a nice bed. It was in a central setting in the Shanghai area. The most important was the staff - very friendly and well-trained people.

The hotel had great facilities including a well-equipped GYM and friendly staff who spoke English. Its location in the business centre with easy access to downtown via the nearby metro was convenient. The room I stayed in was clean and a decent size.
